Post-Operative (Arthroplasty / Arthroscopies / Surgical repair) Rehabilitation: We follow a strict rehabilitation
protocol tailored for specific procedures with a measurable recovery time frame.

Post-Stroke Rehabilitation
(Constraint Induced Movement Therapy): CIT or constraint induced movement therapy is a highly effective and yet short term
rehab program that *improves the use of affected limbs no matter how long ago the stroke onset.

Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation: Specific
and clinically proven physical rehabilitation protocols to promote early return to independent function for cardiopulmonary
compromised individuals.

Conservative Pain Management: Thru Manual Therapy
and Myofascial Release techniques, massage, phonophoresis, iontophoresis, physical agents of heat and cryotreatment, ultrasound,
phototherapy such as LASER and infrared and also paraffin wax treatments.

including programs for Geriatric and deconditioned individuals: Core Strengthening, Interval Training and Conditioning, Plyometrics

Our hours of operations
are 12pm - 8pm Monday thru Friday with By-appointment only slots available during weekday mornings and weekends.
About Alexander Garduque RPT
Alexander Garduque RPT
has been a practicing Physical Therapist since 1994, he has various experiences working with impaired and injured individuals
in the fields of Acute/Hospital care, Subacute/Skilled Nursing Facility care, Long Term Care, Home Health Care and specialty
out-patient clinics. His private PT clinic has been serving the areas of North Arlington and Lyndhurst
since early 2002.
Aside from his academically
learned and clinically developed assessment and treatment skills in physical therapy and rehabilitation, he has also been
personally trained by Edward Taub Ph.D. and the UAB research team on the foundations and clinical techniques of Constraint Induced Movement
. In addition, Alexander Garduque is also
a certified Strength Training Specialist with the International Weightlifting Association and a Sports Conditioning Specialist
with the American Fitness Professionals Associates.
